Responsibilities
Create and implement community and social media strategy to align with business goals across various networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok Facebook, Instagram, owned channels, etc.)
Make, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure brand consistency and to stay updated on updates and new features
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Respond to comments and user queries promptly
Build and nurture relationships with community members, industry professionals, customers, potential customers, and influencers;
Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure brand consistency and to stay updated on updates and new features
Proven hands-on experience with community and social media management for brands
Experience working with B2B SaaS brands
Experience building a community or launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc.)
Immaculate (copy)writing and communication skills
Ability to set and track relevant community metrics
Ability to analyze website traffic and user engagement metric
