  • Providing mentorship and guidance for the team members

  • Providing code reviews and help in problem situations by sharing technical expertise

  • Giving estimations and evaluating development processes

  • Proposing new technical architectural solutions

  • Enhancing proactivity by making sure that features are implemented on time

  • Motivating the team and increasing the overall effectiveness

  • Working on improving company processes and participating in technical interviews together with HR



  • Degree in software engineering or some other technical related discipline

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering industry

  • Strong full stack development experiences (especially in JS – node.js, angular)

  • Excellent communication skills and cross team collaboration

  • Highly developed leadership skills

  • Active approach to problems and strong problem-solving skills

  • Passionate about information technologies, programming, gaming, and creating games

  • Proficient in English

It will be considered a plus

  • Experience in making serverless applications (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB)
